I was a bit worried that I would feel really constricted wearing the pants but had been advised to try a size up from my usual trouser size. So far so good. I had a pair of the long line control pants which were great under trousers but, being short-legged I couldn't wear them under skirts or dresses!

So I was given the short-legged version which was much better! You wear Lipo Countour pants next to the skin - no need for other underwear. After about four weeks they began to feel a bit loose - and this wasn't because of wear and washing! - so I down-sized and the pants felt much better.

The idea of wearing these pants for at least eight hours a day for eight weeks straight is a bit disconcerting and means you have to plan when to start. Just before your summer holiday is not a good idea as you just wouldn't want to wear them in a hot climate.

The pants have to be hand-washed so it's back to wringing out the excess water in a towel and then hanging in the airing cupboard to dry. This was never a problem - the Lipo Contour control pants were always ready to wear the next day.

And the results? They certainly worked on reducing my tummy, my thighs aren't large anyway but there was a distinct improvement on the cellulite and texture of the skin, ditto on the buttocks. The more active you are while wearing Lipo Contour pants the greater the effect.

The plus factor is that Lipo Contour control pants have an immediate effect of holding you in and making you look slimmer - while the special fabric works on your lumps and bumps to make the effect long-lasting! A win-win situation!

I have been wearing thises pants for 4 weeks now and there is a definite improvement. I find them comfortable so I usually end up wearing them all day even during the heatwave. The only problem I have encountered is the lack of information about them. I am a size 10 to 12 so I didn't know whether they needed to be really tight or just comfy tight, so I ordered size 12 but found they don't really hold my stomach in at all, maybe I needed the smaller size. Also, I have gotten slighly smaller since wearing them so they have become quite loose around the thighs and hips. Not a problem really as they are still doing the job. I used to look down at my thighs and just see ripples of cellulite and the inside of my thighs especially. Now, it is just about visable and I cant wait to wear a short skirt again, only 6 weeks to go..............

Ciara has gone from a size 16 to a size eight in just 12 weeks by using a revolutionary new product, Lipo Contour
